Frieda is the owner and founder of Frank Knows, bringing over 30 years of experience supporting businesses and individuals behind the scenes. Her career began in the mortgage industry, where she worked extensively in back-end operations. During that time, she learned an invaluable lesson: when people are facing difficult situations, what they need most is someone to listen to. Once clients felt heard and understood, they were better able to navigate their options even in challenging circumstances. That experience shaped Frieda’s people-first approach to work and service.

After her time in the mortgage industry, Frieda followed her passion for connecting with people into the beauty industry, becoming a stylist and later owning her own salon for several years. There, she combined entrepreneurship with personal connection helping clients feel confident on the outside while offering a listening ear, guidance, and support on the inside. Even while being a stay-at-home mom, Frieda continued working part-time, driven by her natural ability to connect, support, and be someone others could rely on.

Frieda later transitioned into property management, where she again found fulfillment in helping people feel secure and informed. From lease start to move-out, she served as the liaison between tenants and property owners, ensuring transparency, fairness, and clear communication. In some cases, she also acted as the property owner herself, managing her own rental properties and overseeing leases firsthand.

For the past eight years, Frieda managed office operations for a small business owner in corporate catering. This role brought everything together administrative expertise, operational coordination, and client relationship management. She recognized a consistent need among small business owners: clients want a real person who answers the phone promptly, responds to emails the same day, and genuinely cares. Frieda’s ability to build trust, retain clients, and support ongoing business relationships inspired her to launch Frank Knows.

 

Through Frank Knows, Frieda provides flexible administrative and operations support tailored to the needs of small and service-based businesses. From email and phone correspondence to accounts receivable/payable, filing, organization, and daily office tasks, she handles the work that often gets pushed aside. For many business owners, these tasks don’t require a full-time or even part-time employee, just dependable, experienced support when it’s needed.

Frieda’s goal is simple, to give business owners their time back. By handling the behind-the-scenes work, she allows clients to focus on running their business and spend more time with the people who matter most.
